Please note that to accommodate winter relay work & essential maintenance the railway will be closed in the midweek until the February Half Term but still open every weekend.
Fun for the whole family. Our miniature railway was first built in 2009. Constructed, maintained and run by a team of dedicated volunteers, every inch of track has a story behind it. Take in the beautiful landscaped scenes around the High Legh Garden Centre, and why not stop off at the children’s play and picnic area! Whether you’re young or old, this is sure to bring a smile to everyone’s face!
Tickets are just £3.00 each, and if you wish to ride again, keep your ticket and ride again for £1.00!

Spring has finally sprung at the High Legh Miniature Railway!
Come and join us at the Railway and Garden centre at the most beautiful time of year, when the grass is greenest and the flowers are in full colour!
The Easter Bunny will be doing his rounds at the railway hopping around the woodland and entertaining children as trains pass by, little chocolate eggs are given out on the train and a fun time is guaranteed by all!
No Booking required for this festival of seasonal fun.
Please note, the railway will be closed Easter Sunday but back open Monday 6th

Celebrating the half term and bank holidays in style, the railway will be running EVERY DAY during the summer holidays. That’s Daily train rides Monday to Sunday for Six Weeks solid, plenty to keep the children entertained with.
